How to prepare for your first visit

We look forward to welcoming you to our office. To help ensure a smooth and efficient first appointment, here's how to prepare:

1. Book Your Appointment

Reach out to us by calling the office at (980)288-8656 during business hours, or simply request an appointment through our online form.

When you speak with our team, please let us know about any medical conditions that might affect your care. This includes conditions like:
  • Diabetes
  • High blood pressure
  • Artificial heart valves or joints
  • Rheumatic fever
Also, please inform us if you are taking medications such as blood thinners or heart medications, or if you require antibiotic premedication before dental procedures.

2. Send Us Important Documents

To help us prepare for your visit, please email info@magnoliaendonc.com a picture of your referral slip and any recent X-rays you may have.

Keep an eye on your inbox for digital forms that you can conveniently complete before your appointment.

3. Arrive Prepared

On the day of your appointment, please remember to bring:
  • A valid form of payment
  • A state/government-issued ID
  • Your dental insurance card, including the provider’s name, subscriber ID, group number, and employer information
  • A list of all current medications you are taking
Important: Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Dental Insurances

At Magnolia Endodontics of Huntersville, we’re happy to help you understand and navigate your dental insurance benefits—whether we are in-network or out-of-network with your insurance provider. To ensure accurate coverage details, please contact our office at least 24 hours before your appointment. This allows us to verify your benefits and provide an estimate of your expected copayment or deductible.

Please keep in mind that insurance reimbursement for specialist care (such as endodontic treatment) may differ from coverage with your general dentist. We’ll do our best to provide a clear estimate based on your plan, but the final balance—your copayment—is due in full at the time of treatment.

Note: All insurance estimates are subject to change. Your insurance provider determines the final coverage after treatment is completed and a claim has been submitted on your behalf. Because dental insurance is a contract between you (or your employer) and your insurance company, any unpaid balance remains the patient’s responsibility.

If you have any questions about your coverage or our financial policies, please don’t hesitate to contact us at least 24 hours before your first visit. We’re here to help!

We are accepting the following insurances

*Metlife PDP Plus
**Note: We also participate with other national networks. Please call us to ask about yours!
